Gracias a la colaboración de entidades privadas, hasta la fecha Bomberos GIRECAN ha obtenido ropa técnica de trabajo, así como gran parte del material logístico, pero debido a la complejidad del trabajo y la calidad asistencial que este quiere aportar aún queda más material que conseguir, sobre todo herramientas tecnológicas, medios de transporte, material logístico y canino.

Por otro lado, es necesario contar con solvencia económica para poder activar al grupo en el menor tiempo posible ya que las primeras horas son vitales para la supervivencia de las víctimas y el trabajo de los perros es más efectivo.
